چکیده
Zingibereae is a large tribe in the family Zingiberaceae, which contains plants with important medicinal, edible, and ornamental values. Although tribes of Zingiberaceae are well circumscribed, circumscription many genera within relationships among them remain elusive, especially for Boesenbergia, Curcuma, Kaempferia Pyrgophyllum. In this study, we investigated plastome variation nine species representing five Zingibereae. All plastomes showed typical quadripartite structure lengths ranging from 162,042 bp to 163,539 contained 132–134 genes, consisting 86–88 coding 38 transfer RNA genes eight ribosomal genes. Moreover, characteristics long repeats sequences simple sequence (SSRs) were detected. addition, conducted phylogenomic analyses related taxa data additional 32 Genbank. Our results confirmed that Stahlianthus closely supporting idea merging it into Curcuma. Kaempferia, Boesenbergia Zingiber as close relatives grouped together group. Pyrgophyllum not allied Curcuma clade but instead embedded Hedychium clade. demonstrate power plastid phylogenomics improving phylogenetic provide new insight evolution Zingibereceae.

Molecular Structure and Phylogenetic Analyses of Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Two Aristolochia Medicinal Species
The family Aristolochiaceae, comprising about 600 species of eight genera, is a unique plant family containing aristolochic acids (AAs). The complete chloroplast genome sequences of Aristolochia debilis and Aristolochia contorta are reported here. The results show that the complete chloroplast genomes of A. debilis and A. contorta comprise circular 159,793 and 160,576 bp-long molecules, respect...
متن کاملThe Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Three Cardiocrinum (Liliaceae) Species: Comparative Genomic and Phylogenetic Analyses
The genus Cardiocrinum (Endlicher) Lindley (Liliaceae) comprises three herbaceous perennial species that are distributed in East Asian temperate-deciduous forests. Although all three Cardiocrinum species have horticultural and medical uses, studies related to species identification and molecular phylogenetic analysis of this genus have not been reported. Here, we report the complete chloroplast...

15 صفحه اولThe Complete Chloroplast Genomes of Asteraceae Species
Until now, twenty-seven Asteraceae complete chloroplast genomes were uncovered in the Gene bank. The highly conservative nature and slow evolutionary rate of the chloroplast genome demonstrated that it was uniform enough to perform comparative studies across different species but divergent sufficiently to capture evolutionary events, which makes it a suitable and invaluable tool or molecular ph...
